1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.

2.1 The Committee received evidence from:

3.1 The Committee agreed the motion.
4.1 The Committee considered its approach to the inquiry and agreed the terms of reference.
5.1 The Committee received evidence from:
· Ken Skates AM, Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport
· Eluned Morgan AM, Minister for Welsh Language and Lifelong Learning
· Marcella Maxwell, Head of Economic Action Plan Implementation, Welsh Government
· Rachel Garside-Jones, Deputy Director, Employability and Skills, Welsh Government
5.2 During the evidence session, the Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport agreed to provide:
· the percentage of flexible working patterns, and take-up of shared parental leave from men, in the Welsh Government;
· a note on any training on unbiased recruitment that might be provided to small businesses as part of the Economic Contract.
6.1 The Committee discussed the evidence received under items 2 and 5.
